[ARCHIVED] Mayor Murray, Dr. Baxley to hold Facebook Q&A Tuesday on vaccines

Community Conversation with Baxley GraphicBEAUFORT, S.C. –  Mayor Stephen Murray and Dr. Luke Baxley of Beaufort Memorial Hospital will conduct a Facebook Live community conversation regarding Covid-19 and the Delta variant, the efficacy of the various vaccines, and perceptions about the vaccines. The conversation will begin at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 31, and will last approximately 45 minutes.

Dr. Baxley and Mayor Murray will answer questions submitted by the public via Facebook. The conversation will be livestreamed on the City’s Facebook page at

Topics will also include booster shots, vaccines for children, concerns about fertility, etc.
