Payment for court fines is due on the day of court. Failure to pay fines result in suspension of driving privileges and a Bench Warrant being issued for your arrest. If your license was suspended, please refer to "License Suspensions." You may want to check with the Department of Motor Vehicles for the current status of your driving privileges. To inquire about a reduction of your fine prior to your court date, please call our adminstrative office at (843)525-7036 and have your ticket ready. We will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.

The cashiers window is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. We accept cash, money order, local personal check, and debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover).
