Beverly W. Gay serves as Beaufort's City Clerk.  She is responsible for maintaining the public record; including City Council minutes, resolutions, and updates to the City Code of Ordinances.  Ms. Gay staffs a number of Boards and Commissions at the direction of the City Manager.

Contact the Clerk's office to obtain copies of resolutions, meeting minutes, and other official documents of the City.  The Clerk's office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
