Sec. 5-1001. Fire districts.
The city shall be divided into the following fire districts:
- Fire districts no. 1. Fire district no. 1 shall consist of an area
beginning at the northwest corner of Craven and New Streets, thence south to
the Beaufort River, thence west along the Beaufort River to a point where
Newcastle Street extended would intersect with the Beaufort River, thence in
a northerly direction along the western right-of-way of Newcastle Street to
Craven Street, thence east along the northern right-of-way of Craven Street
to the point of beginning.
