PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE
COMMITTEE The City of
Beaufort Pre-Application Conference Committee
consists of representatives from all City departments and outside
agencies involved in the development review process. The
Pre-Application Conference serves as a starting point for all commercial
and residential development (other than a single-family residence) and
is intended as a service to the development community. Those
interested in developing property in the City are strongly encouraged to
begin their process with the Pre-Application Conference in order to
answer any questions and to hear comments by the various entities
involved regarding a particular project of the development review

here. Pre-Application Conference is held every Tuesday at 1:30 P.M. The meetings are held at the Carnegie Building, 701 Craven Street. To be placed on the agenda, am application must be submitted by 12:00 noon on the Tuesday prior.
