Technical College of the Lowcountry www.tcl.edu The Technical College of the Lowcountry provides a strong academic base for those students preparing to transfer to four-year universities, or to those who wish to acquire technical and professional skills necessary to excel in the workplace. The College offers 25 Associate's Degree programs and nearly 50 Diploma and Certificate programs.
