BEAUFORT, S.C. (August 1, 2025) -- City of Beaufort is seeking proposals from qualified commercial real estate agents to provide brokerage services for the purchase and sale of City owned properties. The City intends to award one contract for a term of one year on an “as needed” basis.
The non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2 p.m. on August 7th in the Planning Department Conference Room on the first floor of City Hall.
Questions are due by 4 p.m. on August 13th. Answers will be posted by 4 p.m. on August 15th.
Bids submissions are due on or before 2 p.m. on August 21st. A public bid opening will be held in the City Hall Finance Department, Executive Conference Room 2 at that time.
