[ARCHIVED] Declaration of Medical Emergency Order

Local Medical Emergency Order for: The City of Beaufort

I, Billy Keyserling, the Mayor of the City of Beaufort, in accordance with a declaration of the State of Emergency issued on March 13, 2020, and pursuant to City of Beaufort Code of Ordinances Chapter 3, do hereby issue a declaration of Medical Emergency for the City of Beaufort.

This order shall take effect immediately and shall remain in effect through March 30, 2020 unless rescinded earlier by the order of the Mayor.

Signed this 16 day of March 2020 at 1O:OOam, in the City of Beaufort, South Carolina.
