BEAUFORT, S.C. (Dec. 20, 2024) – City of Beaufort offices will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 25, and Thursday, Dec. 26, in honor of the Christmas holidays. Offices will also be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 1, in honor of New Year’s Day.
Capital Waste Services will be off on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Wednesday pickups both weeks will be pushed to Thursday, Thursday to Friday, and Friday to Saturday.
Fireworks to celebrate the New Year will be held on New Year’s Eve, Dec. 31, beginning at 9 p.m. at Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park.
